Personal Training for £35 or less a session

For general health, you should take a sensible approach to nutrition and recovery. By and large, this means eating a balanced diet comprised of the foods that agree with you, and getting enough sleep. If you want to maximise your results from training, then good general rules are to increase the amount of protein in your meals, to ensure that you get sufficient calories to recover from your workouts, and to try and avoid excessive consumption of junk food containg sugars.

As part of your training with me, I will provide individually tailored nutrition advice to ensure that you meet your goals.
