Gym and Equipment

Personal Training for £35 or less a session

My training studio is the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of gyms. While the space is small, the gym has all the equipment required to get one stronger, fitter, and more mobile. I have carefully selected each piece of equipment, choosing only those of the highest quality, so that I would never have to train in a commercial gym again if need be.

Clothing, Footwear and Equipment that you should bring

  • Sensible sports clothing that does not restrict your movements when exercising, for example, a loose fitting sweat shirt, t-shirt and jogging bottoms.

  • Ideally you should wear footwear with a flat, rigid sole, such as Converse Chuck Taylors. Failing that you can wear athletic shoes, preferably without too much cushioning in the sole.

  • Towel

  • Water Bottle
