
My training studio is the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of gyms. While the space is small, the gym has all the equipment required to get one stronger, fitter, and more mobile. I have carefully selected each piece of equipment, choosing only those of the highest quality, so that I would never have to train in a commercial gym again if need be.
Clothing, Footwear and Equipment that you should bring
Sensible sports clothing that does not restrict your movements when exercising, for example, a loose fitting sweat shirt, t-shirt and jogging bottoms.
Ideally you should wear footwear with a flat, rigid sole, such as Converse Chuck Taylors. Failing that you can wear athletic shoes, preferably without too much cushioning in the sole.
